CampanaOne gives healthcare organisations a single platform to alert staff, coordinate clinical teams, and communicate with patients and the public, from routine operational messages to mass-casualty events.
Request Healthcare DemoHealthcare organisations face a communication challenge unique to their sector: they must simultaneously reach clinical staff who are not sitting at a desk, patients who may not have smartphones, and the public who are frightened and seeking guidance. Generic mass notification tools are not built for this complexity.
CampanaOne was designed from the ground up for multi-audience, multi-channel communication. A single campaign can send different messages to different groups, staff receive shift reallocation instructions, patients receive clinic cancellation notifications, and local authorities receive coordinating information, all triggered from one workflow.
The platform stores data in a designated region (UK: eu-west-2 London) and supports HIPAA-ready configurations for customers with US operations, with data at rest encrypted via AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3.
Activate a Major Incident Declaration to all clinical staff simultaneously. Trigger immediate recall of off-duty staff with one-click templates. Track response via keypress confirmation in real time.
Send urgent staffing requests to a specific ward, department, or all clinical staff. Capture availability responses (Press 1 = available, Press 2 = unavailable). Auto-escalate to the next team if targets aren't met.
Notify patients about cancelled clinics, postponed procedures, or rescheduled appointments via automated voice call, SMS, and email simultaneously. Reduce DNA rates and switchboard call volumes.
Issue outbreak notifications to specific wards or the whole trust. Disseminate PPE protocols, visitor restrictions, and decontamination procedures instantly to the right staff groups.
Alert all clinical staff when EPR, PACS, or lab systems go down. Issue downtime procedures and estimated recovery timelines. Keep staff informed as systems are restored to avoid cascading confusion.
Notify pharmacy, theatre teams, and ward managers of drug shortages, national alerts (e.g. MHRA alerts), or critical supply chain disruptions requiring immediate clinical protocol changes.
Patient and staff data never leaves the UK (eu-west-2 London). Aurora database is KMS-encrypted at rest. All audit logs are stored in S3 with Object Lock (WORM), tamper-proof and retained per your policy. Supports NHS IG Toolkit and DSP Toolkit requirements.
For health systems with US operations, CampanaOne supports Business Associate Agreement (BAA) execution. PII fields (phone numbers, email addresses) are encrypted at the application layer using AWS KMS envelope encryption.
CampanaOne is built to SOC 2 Type II controls including security, availability, and confidentiality. AWS GuardDuty and Security Hub are active. Role-based access control (RBAC) on every endpoint. All user actions are immutably logged.
Serverless architecture with automatic scaling. Aurora Serverless v2 with Multi-AZ writes. No single point of failure. During a network outage or power event at your site, CampanaOne continues operating from AWS infrastructure independently.
Yes. Staff contacts can be imported via CSV from ESR or any HR system. For live synchronisation, CampanaOne provides REST API and webhook integrations. Active Directory integration is supported via our SAML 2.0 SSO module, staff log in with their existing NHS credentials and their contact data stays current automatically.
Yes. Voice calls reach any telephone, mobile, landline, or bedside phone. CampanaOne can call a patient's registered phone number and play a pre-recorded or TTS message without requiring any app. For patients who do have smartphones, you can send SMS and email simultaneously, so all patients are reached regardless of their device.
CampanaOne uses role-based access control with four roles: Root Administrator, Organisation Administrator, Initiator, and Recipient. Only designated Initiators in the relevant division can trigger campaigns. You can additionally require a second approver for emergency broadcasts, a senior clinician or on-call manager must confirm before the message is sent.
