CampanaOne reaches staff, students, and parents simultaneously, from a lockdown alert to a snow closure. Multi-channel, two-way, and as fast as 3 seconds from compose to delivery.
Request Education DemoSchools and universities have a uniquely complex communication challenge: three completely different audiences, staff, students, and parents/guardians, who need different information at different levels of detail, on different channels, within the same window of time.
A school lockdown requires staff to receive one message (lock doors, shelter in place, do not use your phone until the all-clear), students to receive another, and parents to receive a third, all within seconds of each other. No email distribution list, school app, or generic notification tool can do all three simultaneously with delivery confirmation.
CampanaOne's division architecture allows you to keep staff, students, and parent contacts in separate, managed divisions, each receiving tailored messages from a single campaign. Delivery is confirmed per recipient, and non-responders are automatically escalated.
Pre-configured lockdown templates launch with one click. Staff receive procedure instructions. Parents receive a reassurance message. All communications are logged with timestamps for post-incident review and Ofsted/regulator reporting.
Notify all parents and staff about unexpected closures before 7am. Voice calls and SMS reach parents who don't check email. Reduce switchboard call volumes on the day and ensure every family receives the message.
Alert staff across multiple sites simultaneously when a safeguarding concern requires rapid response. Log all notification activity for safeguarding records and local authority reporting requirements.
Notify year groups or individual classes about room changes, timetable updates, or cancelled events. Segment by year, department, or class group. Capture read receipts and response confirmations.
Multi-campus universities can manage each campus as a separate division within one CampanaOne instance. Campus-specific messages or trust-wide alerts, both handled from a single admin interface with full cross-campus reporting.
Notify parents about infectious disease outbreaks (norovirus, measles), vaccination programmes, or welfare checks on vulnerable students. Track acknowledgement responses from parents or guardians.
Yes. CampanaOne's division structure lets you segment contacts into staff, student, and parent groups. During a campaign, you select which division to notify and compose a tailored message for each. All three groups receive their respective messages simultaneously, not sequentially.
Parent contacts are imported from your MIS (Management Information System) via CSV, the same data you already hold for school trips and consent forms. No separate opt-in process is required for emergency notifications under legitimate interest grounds. For non-emergency marketing communications, CampanaOne includes a full opt-out management system.
All major UK MIS platforms export contacts as CSV. CampanaOne imports any CSV-formatted contact list with a configurable field mapping. For live synchronisation, our REST API allows automated nightly updates from your MIS so that contact data stays current as students and parents change details.
